Introverts, extroverts, and ambiverts can all benefit from talking to new people. Studies show that talking to strangers can increase happiness.

Practice Gratitude

Experiencing gratitude can improve your mood, lower stress, feel stronger social connection, and lower blood pressure! To practice gratitude, try thinking of what you are thankful for. You can make a list or write in a diary.

Be Curious

Take a course that you are interested in at school. Or find a free online course. Exploring your curiosity can lower anxiety and help you do better in school.

Make Time for Sleep

Many people underestimate the importance of quality sleep. Adequate sleep can improve your mood and reduce stress. If you are tired, take a nap. Try to better manage your time to get to bed earlier. Sleep is important!

Listen to Music

Listening to music can have the ability to reduce stress. So put your headphones on or turn on your speaker and play some tunes!

Enable Do Not Disturb

Smartphone apps are designed to increase engagement. This can result in your smartphone becoming a haven for a behavioral addiction. Try to use your devices less by enabling do not disturb or a similar feature to make them less distracting.
