Wellness Survey 

The goal of this survey is to gather student input on awareness of the resources currently being provided and utilized on El Dorado High School campuses in support of tobacco prevention, college and career readiness, mental health and bullying and hate speech.

All survey data is anonymous, We thank you in advance for your time, participation and honest feedback.

This survey will be open to all El Dorado High School students beginning November 2, 2020 and stay open through December 4, 2020.
