Student engagement in Self-Wellness week could be as easy a lunch time game and/or morning announcements/ reminders to focus on wellness this week. The following suggestions are based off of what went well in the 2020 school year.
Middle School & High Schools

Sign "Be a Good Human" pledge & receive a wristband

Send out Parent Square/Student Square reminders of Wellness Week and suggest wellness related activities such as going for a walk, drinking more water, or journaling

Continue to promote wellness on campus by sharing YC Wellness Wednesday messages via social media/Student Square
